Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and applies to everyone who uses the Saaty platform — customers, businesses, and their staff.

• Break the law — use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or offer services that are illegal where they are provided.
• Misrepresent — impersonate any person or business, publish false availability, prices, or qualifications, or create accounts with false identities.
• Abuse bookings — make bookings you do not intend to keep, systematically block competitors’ calendars, or circumvent no-show and cancellation policies.
• Game reviews — post fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews, or review your own or a competitor’s business.
• Harass or harm — post content or send communications that are defamatory, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit, or that violate anyone’s privacy.
• Attack the platform — probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorization, interfere with service to any user, introduce malware, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Scrape or resell — harvest data (including business listings and personal data) by automated means, or resell or sublicense access to the platform without our agreement.
• Spam — use platform communications (booking notes, campaigns, invites) to send unsolicited advertising or messages unrelated to a genuine booking relationship, or contrary to anti-spam laws.
• Misuse customer data — if you are a business: use customer data obtained through the platform for purposes the customer has not agreed to, or contrary to the Data Processing Addendum and applicable privacy law.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we reasonably consider appropriate: removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities where legally required. Where practical and lawful, we will warn you and give you a chance to remedy the issue first.

Report abuse, security vulnerabilities, or content that violates this policy to hello@saaty.app. Good-faith security research reported responsibly will not be treated as a violation of this policy.
